🌱 Protected Potty Environments

To protect your puppy from viruses like parvovirus, they will never be placed on the shared grass yard used by adult pets. Instead, they will use a dedicated, fully sanitized indoor grass patch or premium puppy pads.

Cats and kittens stay in a private, closed-door wing of the home where dogs are never permitted - providing a peaceful environment free from dog sights, smells, or stressful barking.

Adult Dogs (Over 4 Months)

Must be fully up-to-date on the vaccinations required for boarding:

• DHPP/DAP

• Bordetella

• Rabies

Puppies (Under 4 Months)

Puppies require a series of vaccinations as they develop immunity. The following vaccinations are required based on age:

• 6 to 8 Weeks Old: 1st round of the DHPP booster.

• 10 to 12 Weeks Old: 2nd round of the DHPP booster.

• 14 to 16 Weeks Old: 3rd round of DHPP and their Rabies vaccine.

💉 For Cats & Kittens

Adult Cats (1 yr and Older)

Must be fully up-to-date on the vaccinations required for boarding:

• FVRCP

• Rabies

• FelV

Kittens (Under 16 Weeks Old)

 Kittens require a series of vaccinations as they develop immunity. The following vaccinations are required based on age:

• 6 to 8 Weeks Old: 1st round of the FVRCP combination vaccine.

• 10 to 12 Weeks Old: 2nd round of the FVRCP booster. And 1st dose of the FelV.

• 14 to 16 Weeks Old: 3rd round of FVRCP. Rabies vaccine. And 2nd dose of the FelV.

🪰 Parasite Prevention

All pets must be currently on an active, veterinarian-approved flea and tick preventative.

🏷 ID Tags & Collar

• Dogs: Must wear a flat, standard collar with an ID tag.

• Cats: Breakaway Only Collar with an ID tag.

🍖 Food & Treats

Pre-portioned or in an airtight container with clear feeding instructions. Bring enough for the entire stay plus 2 extra days, just in case.

💊 Medications

In their original veterinary bottles with clear dosage instructions.

🦮 Collar/Harness & Leash

Fitted properly and securely.

🏡 A Piece of Home (Optional)

A favorite blanket or T-shirt with your scent to help them settle in comfortably.

🐕 For Dogs & Puppies

Their preferred brand of potty pads or specific training treats, if applicable.

🐈 For Cats & Kittens

Clean litter boxes and their preferred litter. 

⚠️ All items and belongings must be labled with the pet's name.

💚 We provide clean food/water bowls, sanitized toys, and fresh bedding. But pets are always welcome to bring their own.

🏥 Primary Vet Info

A copy of vaccine records, along with the contact details and location of your preferred veterinary clinic.

📞 Emergency Contact

A local friend or family member who can make decisions if you are unreachable.

📋 Medical & Veterinary Release

A signed form authorizing us to seek urgent care if a medical emergency arises while you are away.
